Kristen D. Manners is a victim of police misconduct and police brutality in the way cult-like crime happens within mobster criminal organizations which largely go unheard of.
Ms. Manners had her family relations corrupted, ritualistically drugged and raped, conned out of her property, and had the very integrity of her sanity put into danger by the very authority that is sworn to uphold the law in which they wantonly break at their self-serving discretion.
